Step 1
Phone / Video Conference / Email Consultation

For surface sampling, we use three different methods for testing

- Tape sampling...we press a clear piece of specialized tape against a surface.
If you have already obtained an inspection completed by a qualified testing specialist and received a report then we can quote a price based on the report.
Step 3
Mold Remediation and removal
If the results of the report meet with your approval, then we can schedule a time to remove the black mold contamination. Our process may involve HEPA vacuuming of surfaces, containment of the area and HEPA air purification.
Step 4
Post Remediation Verification
After the remediation, an environmental consultant will come into the previously infected area to confirm the property has been properly remediated to meet stringent US guidlines.
